The Union County Agency Transportation Service is a county agency dedicated to the coordination of transportation resources in Union County. This is accomplished through a variety of means: à Links individuals needing transportation with transportation resources in the community à Assists agencies in locating transportation resources for their clients à Provides “overflow” transportation for participating agencies à Helps prevent duplication of effort by coordinating trips for participating agencies à Helps negotiate the purchase of service contracts among agencies à Seeks additional sources of funding to improve transportation services in the county
